On Friday, February 20th, the gym was filled with energy, excitement, and plenty of school spirit as the Student Council hosted this year’s pep rally. Students from every grade packed the bleachers, ready to cheer on their classmates as they competed in a series of fast-paced and hilarious challenges for ultimate bragging rights and the class sword.
Throughout the rally, students participated in a variety of competitions designed to test speed, teamwork, and determination. One of the most intense events was the cup stacking challenge. Representatives from each grade raced against the clock, carefully stacking and unsticking towers of cups while their classmates roared with encouragement. The pressure was on, as every second counted toward earning points for their class.
In addition to cup stacking, students faced off in several other spirited games that kept the crowd engaged and laughing. The highlight of the afternoon, however, was the eating contest. Contestants battled it out to see who could finish first, creating a mix of suspense and amusement throughout the gym. In the end, the freshman surprised everyone by taking the win, earning major points and bragging rights for their class.
As points were tailed from each event, anticipation built across the gym. Students anxiously waited to hear which grade would claim the class sword- the ultimate symbol of pep rally victory. When the final scores were announced, cheers erupted as the freshmen were declared the overall winners.
The pep rally was a celebration of school spirit, teamwork and community. Thanks to the hard work of students, student council, teachers and the participants for making this an unforgettable event!
