Curiosity and conversations can be heard as the continuing education fair goes on! This is a fair that allows sophomore and junior students to learn about all the opportunities.

“Happy College Day”, a representative for a college tells me and the excitement can be seen beaming off of her. Every college is eager to talk about the programs they offer!

With over 50 Colleges like Saint Joseph’s and HACC, and even technical schools with amazing programs, it is an amazing opportunity to gain insight. A student said, “High school goes by fast and it is good to think about where you would eventually want to do after.”

With a survey collected, about 80-85% of students found colleges or programs that interest them and possibly plan on attending.

Continuing Education Fairs are a great tradition at Hempfield High School and tons of students look forward to learning about in and out of state opportunities and colleges!
